S., it is used not only for weight loss, but for internal and spiritual health. Although if you’re looking for a quick manner to lose tons of weight without hours at the gym, going on a fast may be just the solution. But is fasting for the day healthy? It is whether it’s done right.
Although you’ll see a difference on the scales immediately, and you’ll help remove your body of harmful toxins. Is fasting for a day healthy? If the weight stays shut off, yes. But that’s your choice.
